The reports were changed by CENTCOM higher-ups to adhere to the administration’s public line that the U.S. is winning the battle against ISIS and al Nusra, al Qaeda’s branch in Syria, the analysts claim.



...That complaint was supported by 50 other analysts, some of whom have complained about politicizing of intelligence reports for months. That’s according to 11 individuals who are knowledgeable about the details of the report and who spoke to The Daily Beast on condition of anonymity.

The accusations suggest that a large number of people tracking the inner workings of the terror groups think that their reports are being manipulated to fit a public narrative. The allegations echoed charges that political appointees and senior officials cherry-picked intelligence about Iraq’s supposed weapons program in 2002 and 2003.

The two signatories to the complaint were described as the ones formally lodging it, and the additional analysts are willing and able to back up the substance of the allegations with concrete examples....

The large number of analysts who complained to the Pentagon inspector general hasn’t been previously reported. Some of them are assigned to work at CENTCOM, the U.S. military’s command for the Middle East and Central Asia, but are officially employed by the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Whose side is Obama on? The #IranDeal could even mean "sharing intelligence on Israeli operations" with Iran



Now turn to the text of the deal. Annex three's section on "nuclear security" on Page 142 pledges that the U.S. will "strengthen Iran's ability to protect against, and respond to, nuclear security threats, including sabotage, as well as to enable effective and sustainable nuclear security and physical protection systems."

While this is supposed to happen "through training and workshops," the clause about enabling "effective and sustainable nuclear security" could conceivably mean direct military aid to Iran against Israeli attack.

And anyway, who other than Israel would be undertaking "nuclear security threats, including sabotage" against Iran?

In July, the Center for Security Policy's IranTruth.org warned that this section of the agreement apparently commits the U.S. "to help Iran develop capacities to prevent things like the STUXNET worm," the computer attack five years ago that dealt Iran's nuclear program a significant setback.

The U.S. giving Tehran secrets about computer worm design "would mean entrusting extremely sensitive data to Iran — a nation that has weaponized, for distribution to terrorist groups, every technology it has thus far obtained," the center argues. It might also mean "training Iranian commandos ... the last line of defense for Iranian nuclear security," which is "unwise, given Iran's decades-long history of murdering Americans."

According to documents obtained by Larry Klayman at Freedom Watch, as a result of his Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, Secretary Clinton and her closest staff members were the likely sources of the leaks to New York Times reporter David Sanger. Klayman also said the FOIA documents show that those leaks were coordinated with the Obama White House’s national security team, which included Susan Rice and Valerie Jarrett.

“We’ve been told that five planes are being targeted in a high profile hit before Christmas,” said one security official to the Sunday Express. “They’ve been waiting for the big one. Left-Leaning Former CNN Host Piers Morgan Pens Surprisingly Scathing Op-Ed on How ‘Obama Committed Professional Suicide’ This Week

◼ Morgan, who was recently named editor-at-large of MailOnline in the U.S., accused the president of managing to “single-handedly alienate 200,000 employees in the American intelligence agencies by going on 60 Minutes and ruthlessly chucking them all under a bus over the rise of terror group ISIS.” - The Blaze

Citing New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, Morgan slammed Obama for saying “they” instead of “we” when discussing the failure of the United States to effectively respond to the Islamic State terror threat.

“A more shameless, reprehensible display of buck-passing it would be hard to find from a sitting President,” he wrote.

He also referred to a “theory” in politics that “once a leader has fired 50 or more people from his or her administration, he or she is finished.”

All that will happen now is that those maligned intelligence agencies will exact cold-blooded revenge on Obama by drip-feeding negative stories about him until he’s gone.

It’s what they do.

The truth is that Obama is the one who underestimated ISIS, plunging his head ostrich-like into the sand and hoping they would go away without having to do anything to actually make them go away.

There were clear, unambiguous public warnings made nearly a year ago in front of the Foreign Affairs Committee that ISIS was on the march in Syria and Iraq.

But perhaps Obama missed them.

Hardly surprising when we discover yesterday that he has only attended 42.1 percent of his Presidential Daily intelligence briefings.

No wonder the Secret Service gets complacent when The Boss exudes complacency from every pore.
