Obama Tweets Passive-Aggressive Slap to Supreme Court for Ruling with Hobby Lobby.

He's not happy, to say the least. - IJ Review

His Twitter account, which is run by his campaign team OFA, recently shared:

While this is distasteful, it is also inaccurate. Chicks on the Right sums it up:
You know who gets to make health decisions for women? Women. If women are not happy with the level of coverage their employer provides them, they get to decide whether or not they want to keep working for that employer. If women are not happy that their employer has different religious beliefs than they do, they get to decide to work for someone else.

But you know what many women don’t get to do? They don’t get to keep the doctors they were happy with before Obamacare. They don’t get to keep the health plans they were happy with before Obamacare. OBAMA is who took health decisions away from women.

Of course, if the government hadn’t tried to take over healthcare in the first place, the Supreme Court wouldn’t have had to rule on the Hobby Lobby case and open the subsequent can of worms that the President will surely be grumbling about in the future.

It would appear that DoD officials are somehow more threatened by a journalist reporting on illegal immigration than they are with illegal aliens using military accommodations at taxpayers’ expense while homeless vets wander the streets.

FEDS THREATEN JOURNALIST WITH PRISON OVER REPORT ON ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION - DoD claims reporter engaged in "unauthorized photography and broadcast" outside immigration shelter - Kit Daniels/Infowars

The Department of Defense has threatened me with imprisonment in response to our report on the illegal alien shelter at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

In a certified letter sent to Infowars, the Defense Department claims that I engaged in “unauthorized photography and broadcast” which were somehow “detrimental” to the “safety and security of the installation” even though the photos of Lackland’s illegal alien shelter, which is housing nearly 2,000 illegals at a cost to taxpayers of around $250 per immigrant per day, were taken outside the shelter and are clearly in the public’s best interest.

“You are hereby put on notice that should you make unauthorized entry into any of the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) installations in the future, a debarment order will be issued,” stated the letter, which added that further action could lead to imprisonment.... Read the rest.

If America declines...

"Sadly, the U.S. wasn’t even close to being in the top 10 countries with the highest level of satisfaction with their amount of freedom."

On Independence Day, Americans Are Feeling Less Free - Daily Signal

In recent years Americans have been feeling less satisfied with their amount of freedom. In fact, Gallup recently released a poll that reveals this trend.

The poll shows that 79 percent of Americans are satisfied with their freedom to choose what to do with their lives—down from 91 percent in 2006. At the same time, Americans’ dissatisfaction with the freedom to choose what to do with their lives rose from 9 percent to 21 percent.

Sadly, the U.S. wasn’t even close to being in the top 10 countries with the highest level of satisfaction with their amount of freedom. It came in 36th. But it tied with Spain (9th) on the list of countries with the greatest level of decline in satisfaction with freedom. Other notable countries include Egypt (34 percent decline), Greece (30 percent), and Pakistan (13 percent). The U.S. isn’t in good company here.

Box Office Mojo - 2016: Obama's America via America The Movie

“Not only is it unconstitutional, but the administration has no authority to enter into such a relationship,” von Spakovsky said. “It is a sign of how the Obama administration believes in official discrimination and sanctions it. They continue to divide up our country and raise the walls between different races. I find it disgusting that they want to do this.”

Obama Administration Circumvents Congress, Faces Backlash Over Native Hawaiians Proposal - Daily Signal

HONOLULU—A proposal by the Obama administration to create a new relationship with ethnic Hawaiians may have backfired.

The U.S. Department of Interior is holding a series of hearings about the plan, which, it said in a statement, would determine “the best path forward for honoring the trust relationship that Congress has created specifically to benefit Native Hawaiians.”

...Hawaiian activist Bumpy Kanahele, who heads the organization Nation of Hawaii, told Interior officials: “We don’t need you to come in to tell us how to govern ourselves. Let us figure it out.”

University of Hawaii Hawaiian studies professor Jonathan Osorio said the feds shouldn’t intervene and impose additional “aggression upon our nation.”

While the debate is stirring up an already racially divided community, constitutional experts argue President Obama and the Department of Interior have no legal right to create such a relationship and has no business holding these hearings in the first place....

“The current effort to recognize a separate ethnic tribe by the Department of the Interior is unconstitutional because, under the Constitution, it is the Congress that has the plenary power to recognize tribes and ratify treaties,” Lilly said. “That power does not reside in the executive branch of the federal government or with the various states. So the current effort aimed at creating a tribe of Hawaiians has no legal basis.”

It is unprecedented and deeply strange. And, because the world is watching and calculating, unbelievably dangerous.

The Daydream and the Nightmare - PEGGY NOONAN/WALL ST. JOURNAL

I don't know if we sufficiently understand how weird and strange, how historically unparalleled, this presidency has become. We've got a sitting president who was just judged in a major poll to be the worst since World War II. The worst president in 70 years! Quinnipiac University's respondents also said, by 54% to 44%, that the Obama administration is not competent to run the government. A Zogby Analytics survey asked if respondents are proud or ashamed of the president. Those under 50 were proud, while those over 50, who have of course the longest experienced sense of American history, were ashamed.

We all know the reasons behind the numbers....

On his state trip to Italy in the spring, he asked to spend time with "interesting Italians." They were wealthy, famous. The dinner went for four hours. The next morning his staff were briefing him for a "60 Minutes" interview about Ukraine and health care. "One aide paraphrased Obama's response: 'Just last night I was talking about life and art, big interesting things, and now we're back to the minuscule things on politics.' ''

Minuscule? Politics is his job.

When the crisis in Ukraine escalated in March, White House aides wondered if Mr. Obama should cancel a planned weekend golf getaway in Florida. He went. At the "lush Ocean Reef Club," he reportedly told his dinner companions: "I needed this. I needed the golf. I needed to laugh. I needed to spend time with friends."

You get the impression his needs are pretty important in his hierarchy of concerns....

It is weird to have a president who has given up. So many young journalists diligently covering this White House, especially those for whom it is their first, think what they're seeing is normal.

It is not. It is unprecedented and deeply strange. And, because the world is watching and calculating, unbelievably dangerous.

Obama Pushing California Back Into GOP Camp

Obama’s lame duck madness does not seem to be abating, but it does seem to be backfiring. Obama has clearly gone all Imperial – jettisoning all pretense that he recognizes and respects (let alone defends) the checks and balances of our laws and constitution. - The Strata-Sphere

Obama’s attempt to provide immigration refugee camps in California (and elsewhere) is proving to be politically quite toxic. While the immigration wave was contained to deep red Texas there was no major upheaval in the balance of power in the US. But as that wave spreads out, there will be repurcussions.
Obama’s federal guards are forcing communities to take in tens of thousands of undocumented people of questionable background and intent (here I mean we have no idea if these people are criminals, free loaders, wanting a better life or just visiting family). This heavy hand action is producing heated resistance:

The transfer and release of the migrants has created a strong divide between those who want to help and those who don’t want them here at all. Protesters blocked buses that were supposed to arrive at a Murrieta border patrol center on Tuesday.

“When the buses come, you are going to see Americans that are willing to throw themselves under the bus, that’s what you are going to see,” demostrator Greg Allison said ahead of the migrants’ arrival. “I don’t care if I lose a limb. Even if the buses get past me and I lose a limb, guess what? The rest of the country is going to take notice.”
If this type of reaction begins repeating across the country that would be amazing. And it probably will.

But let’s focus on California and how that state will react. I think Obama and his liberal sycophants misunderstand how California thinks as a community. Yes, they are liberal and hate all things Bush and Tea Party (mostly because they are very naive about such topics). But they are not open border types – not at all....

Californians DO NOT want more immigrants coming in. Only 18% support that idea. 71% prefer to keep the levels the same or reduce them. This 71% will not like what is happening with the flood of refugees coming into their state, consuming their resources. Read the rest!

Who's 'Not Doing Anything'?

GOP House Has Passed Five Times As Many Bills as Dem Senate.

Twice in the past week, President Obama has needled Republicans in the House of Representatives by saying that while he's doing his job, the GOP House is "not doing anything." The first time was when he was in Minneapolis to spend a "day in the life" of Rebekah, a mother concerned about making ends meet:
And, now, some of you may have read -- so we take these actions and then now Republicans are mad at me for taking these actions. They’re not doing anything, and then they’re mad that I’m doing something.
While the significance of the bills passed by the House and Senate may be debated, and while the president's frustrations with the House center around legislation (such as comprehensive immigration reform) where wide differences separate the parties, the numbers indicate that it's not so much that the GOP House isn't "doing anything"; the GOP is just not doing what the president wants.

America at the Crossroads on the Fourth of July

So what do we do? How do we become — on this Fourth of July — the United States of America again? - Roger L Simon/PJMedia

The situation we are in this July 4th calls for humility of talk coupled with firmness of action. It does not call for circular firing squads. With thirty-three percent of the country acknowledging Obama as the worst president since the Second World War, people on the other side and in the middle are clearly beginning to listen. Ears are opening. This is, as they saying goes, a golden opportunity.

This Fourth of July, take it. Talk to your liberal and independent friends, family and neighbors, but don’t gloat. Don’t point to the polls and brag “I told you so!” Commiserate with them instead. You and they are Americans, after all, as Barack Obama once said and then forgot or ignored, and it is our great country that has come to this pass. And, as we all know, as America goes, so goes the world.

This is serious business. Just being right doesn’t mean much. Getting things fixed does. We are at that tipping point where it could get fixed. It’s up to us. If not us, who?

D’Souza’s America

Dinesh D’Souza takes on Obama, Hillary, Saul Alinsky, and Howard Zinn in a single bold film. - JOHN FUND/National Review
The Fourth of July weekend is coming up, and this year you can do something other than fireworks and a barbecue to celebrate our nation’s freedom.

Dinesh D’Souza, the controversial social commentator who shook up Hollywood with the $33 million earned by the theatrical release of his Obama 2016, is back with a more polished and more powerful message.

At one level, his message in America: Imagine a World Without Her is deeply pessimistic: “The American dream is shrinking because some of our leaders want it to shrink. Decline, in other words, has become a policy objective. And if this decline continues at the current pace, America as we know it will cease to exist. In effect, we will have committed national suicide.”

But most people will leave the theater with a more optimistic conclusion: Much of the criticism of America taught in the nation’s schools is easily refuted, America is worth saving, and we have the tools to do so in our DNA, just waiting to be harnessed.
Is America a Source of Pride, as Americans Have Long Believed … or Shame, as Liberals Insist? - By the Makers of Dinesh D’Souza’s America/National Review
New York Times bestselling author Dinesh D’Souza and Schindler’s List producer Gerald Molen share alarm at how these destructive accusations are taught in schools, preached by Hollywood, and are setting policy in today’s baffling, confused White House. Obama sees Americans as “greedy, selfish, materialistic” — needing to be punished and subdued.

No, Americans are the most wonderful, moral people in the world, says D’Souza — and history proves his passion, which he celebrates in this astonishing, entertaining movie, America: Imagine a World without Her.

L.A. ROLLS OUT THE RED CARPET FOR DINESH D'SOUZA'S 'AMERICA' PREMIERE - Breitbart
The film, produced by the Academy-award winning producer of Schindler’s List Gerald Molen and D'Souza, takes viewers through the pivotal moments in American history, led by the men who carved out the country's stake in the world and turned her from a unconquered continent to a superpower.
America promises to bring audiences "face-to-face with the heroes who built America, in the times in which they lived, bled, and sacrificed in order to build a great nation."

"You’ll be there as Columbus sets foot on American soil, as bullets whiz by Washington’s head, as Douglass demands that America live up to the promises of her Founding Fathers, and as Lincoln sacrifices thousands of lives, including his own, to right a great wrong of history," the studio announced.

CFRW Capitol Update: Celebrate the Fourth

President’s Message

As we get together to celebrate the 4th of July, Independence Day, with family gatherings, cookouts, parades, and fireworks please take time to stop and remember what we are celebrating. It is the birthday of our great country. We are so fortunate to have the privilege to live in America. But it is only because of the sacrifices of so many that we have the freedom we have today.

Our Founding Fathers, the signers of the Declaration of Independence, paid with their lives and livelihood for their freedom because of their strong commitment to self-government of free men instead of servitude to a monarch. So many generations of brave Americans fought on foreign soil around the world and paid the ultimate sacrifice protecting our freedoms and trying to bring freedom to people they did not even know.

In 1776, no one imagined that a band of militia men could possibly defeat the greatest military and naval power in the world. But the colonists were fighting for their freedom from tyranny and the British Crown. They knew they had to be victorious to establish a free and independent nation where all people would have the opportunity to achieve their dreams, not just the monarchy and the aristocracy.

We are living in challenging times. We get discouraged when we hear many who were elected to protect America seem to be doing all they can to take away our freedoms. President Reagan taught us freedom is only one generation away from extinction. We can make a difference by coming together and fight with words and wisdom to get our message out and keep America the greatest nation the world has ever known.

HAPPY 238th BIRTHDAY AMERICA

God Bless America & the American Spirit
Thank you for all you do,
Roseann

Summer Recess

Today the California State Legislators leave the Capitol for their summer recess. They will return in early August to finish up session and decide the fate of thousands of bills still in legislative limbo. Only fiscal committees will meet upon their return, so many bills will be heard in both the Senate and Assembly Appropriations Committees before returning to the floor of both houses for a vote. Some bills that were passed last session went to effect on Tuesday, July 1st, the start of the 2014-2015 fiscal year. Here are a few bills that are now in effect:

-California’s minimum wage jumped to $9/hour on Tuesday, thanks to a law signed by Governor Brown last session

-SB 770 (Jackson, D) expands Paid Family Leave for time off for employees to care for siblings, grandparents, parents-in-law, and grandchildren

-Teacher’s, school districts, and the state will begin paying more into the California State Teacher’s Retirement Fund. This is the first in a series of incremental hikes

Democratic Governor Jerry Brown once fought to keep out South Vietnamese refugees from being delivered to his state during his first stint as governor of California in the 1970’s, and although he remains silent on the crisis that is happening on the southern border of his state, Brown’s position, via legislation previously signed, on illegal immigrants from Mexico, Central and South America is much more favorable than the cool response he gave to the Vietnamese refugees who had escaped the tyrannical Viet Cong. - Breitbart

On America's birthday, do we still believe in America?

Americans are in a period of amazingly negative thinking about the state of our country. - Newt Gingrich/CNN

A recent Gallup analysis drove home how deep and how threatening the current mood is.

Gallup asked Americans in early June how much confidence they had in our nation's institutions. The answer: not much. Only 30% had "a great deal" or "quite a lot of confidence" in the Supreme Court. Just 29% felt that way about the presidency. And an abysmal 7% had faith in the Congress....

This Fourth of July weekend, we need to remember what our Founding Fathers did to create the liberty we enjoy and dedicate ourselves to a new burst of freedom and a new wave of political reform that cleans up the corruption and re-establishes the right of every American to dream and to work to fulfill that dream.

Ignore Fluke’s Scaremongering on Hobby Lobby Decision

In a Washington Post op-ed published Monday, activist Sandra Fluke argues that the Supreme Court decision to allow Hobby Lobby to not offer four potentially abortion-inducing drugs and devices mandated by the Department of Health and Human Services means that potentially any company with any religious objections to any health-care treatment could win an exemption. - The Daily Signal

But let’s look at the facts. First, these drugs and devices are not “an uncontroversial form of care.” The four drugs that the Green and Hahn families objected to can end a new human being’s life. And there’s no question that abortion and potentially abortion-inducing drugs and devices is controversial....

SF CHRONICLE BLAMES BREITBART FOR DRAWING MEDIA'S ATTENTION TO BORDER CRISIS

In an op-ed published by the Chronicle Wednesday calling for "a more humane immigration policy," David Bacon blamed Breitbart's exposé for creating the impression that children were being sent to the U.S. in anticipation of being allowed to stay. - Breitbart

Bacon correctly noted that Breitbart News broke the story of the conditions in which the children were being held by U.S. Border Patrol, and singled out Brandon Darby of Breitbart Texas for credit--and calumny... The op-ed failed, however, to note that the Breitbart story was also picked up by the left-wing Huffington Post, which led with Darby's images on June 6. Other mainstream media outlets, both print and electronic, also followed up Breitbart's story.

By the way, the D.C. Circuit might nuke ObamaCare tomorrow

O-Care is a famously complex law but the lawsuit that could end up demolishing it is surprisingly simple. - HotAir

In a nutshell, there’s a line buried deep in the statutory text that says federal subsidies for insurance premiums will be available to anyone who buys a plan on “an Exchange established by the State.” Question: Does Healthcare.gov, the exchange built by the federal government after 34 states refused to build their own exchanges, qualify as an “Exchange established by the State”? Or do only state exchanges qualify? If it’s the latter, then millions upon millions of people who’ve signed up for O-Care through Healthcare.gov since October in the expectation that Uncle Sam will be paying part of their bill are in for a nasty surprise. The only fix that’s available (unless His Majesty tries some executive gambit, of course) is for Congress to amend the statute so that subsidies are available on the federal exchange too, but what are the odds of the House GOP agreeing to that? If the D.C. Circuit, which is set to rule any day now on the appeal of the earlier ruling, sides with the challengers against O, consumers will be forced to either come up with the money for their premiums themselves or drop their coverage. And if most of them choose to drop coverage, leading to a mass exodus of healthy people from various insurance risk pools, suddenly the White House is facing a death-spiral problem where hiking premiums on the remaining enrollees is the only way to pay for all the sick people still in the pool. That’ll lead to more dropped coverage, which means even higher premiums, and then it’s spiralmania.

It’s a magic bullet, aimed right at the heart of ObamaCare. What will the D.C. Circuit do?

WAR: SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TOWN BRACES FOR MIGRANT DUMPING BACKLASH

Murrieta Official Warns Immigration Protests Likely ‘Every Time’ Buses Arrive - CBS LA

A dramatic scene in Murrieta that saw American flag-waving protesters prevent Homeland Security buses carrying undocumented migrant children and families from reaching a suburban processing center is likely to be repeated in the coming days, a city official said Wednesday....

The standoff came after Mayor Alan Long urged residents to complain to elected officials about the plan to transfer the Central American migrants to California to ease overcrowding of facilities along the Texas-Mexico border.

After the buses were blocked, federal authorities rerouted the vehicles to a freeway and then to a customs and border facility in San Diego within view of the Mexico border.

At least 40 illegal immigrants processed are in quarantine for head lice and scabies, according to CBS 2′s Tom Wait. A Border Patrol agent told Wait another 140 could be brought to Murrieta on the Fourth of July.

Poll: Public holds Obama responsible for border crisis, Iraq and the IRS scandal - HotAir

As the crisis at our southern border continues to stagger on, a recent IBD/TIPP poll found that a majority of Americans hold President Obama and his administration responsible for the problem:
The public largely blames President Obama for the flood of children who have poured over the border in recent weeks, creating a growing humanitarian crisis, according to the latest IBD/TIPP Poll released Monday.

[...] The poll found that 59% of those closely following the immigration crisis agree that “current administration policies and lack of focus on securing the border” are behind the human tide of illegal crossings. Six in 10 say that the children should be ordered to leave the country. (The survey found that 73% of Americans are following this story closely.)

Former NOW President Clueless About Hobby Lobby Coverage of 16 Forms of Contraception

Last night former National Organization for Women President Patricia Ireland made an appearance on Fox News' Hannity to discuss the Supreme Court's decision on Hobby Lobby earlier this week. When asked by Hannity how many forms of contraception Hobby Lobby offers employees, Ireland had no idea. The answer is: 16 different kinds. - Katie Pavlich/Townhall

A series of orders on lower-court rulings on Tuesday suggests to the Associated Press that Hobby Lobby might not be quite as narrow as some may think

Supreme Court lets stand several rulings blocking enforcement of HHS mandate - HotAir

The mantra after the announcement of the 5-4 Hobby Lobby decision on Monday, other than the Left’s shrieking over falling skies and theocracies, has been this: It was narrowly decided. That analysis springs from Justice Samuel Alito’s mention of Hobby Lobby’s status as a closely-held corporation, and the narrow number of contraceptive methods that the retailer chose to reject. That gave some hope that other cases involving broader rejection of contraception coverage might be more problematic in later cases....

The ACLJ ◼ announced yesterday that the Court has granted a reversal for one of their cases, Gilardi v HHS, after a partial defeat in the DC Circuit:
In the wake of yesterday’s blockbuster Hobby Lobby decision striking down the HHS Mandate, today the Supreme Court granted our petition for review in the case of Gilardi, v. HHS, and denied the government’s petition in our case of Korte v. HHS. In Gilardi, the Court vacated the decision of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals (see report of decision here) and sent the case back to the lower court to apply the Hobby Lobby decision to the facts of the Gilardi case. In Korte, the Court’s action today leaves in place the resounding victory we achieved at the Seventh Circuit (see report of decision here.)
The district court refused to order an injunction against enforcement of the mandate in Gilardi, which would have cost the business owner $14 million in penalties for refusing to provide abortifacient contraceptives to his employees (all of whom can buy them on their own, of course).
All of these orders make clear that Hobby Lobby is not just a fluke. The Supreme Court appears ready to apply the ruling on a broad basis with for-profit businesses, even those who refuse to cover any contraceptive method at all. That would suggest that any attempt to impose the mandate on explicitly religious organizations seems to have a couple of strikes against it at the Court already, even with the so-called “accommodation” offered as a compromise. The Supreme Court clearly takes the RFRA and the First Amendment seriously on this point.

Young people are looking for another way – because the economy they’ve experienced for the past 5 years just hasn’t been working.

8 Graphs Show Why It’s No Surprise Young America is Turning on Obama - IJ Review

Remember the President’s repeated assurances that his bailouts and Obamacare would revive the economy? Those claims probably sound pretty hollow to the President’s one-time supporters, young adults.
These eight graphs, which examine adults under the age of 25 who have moved out of their parents’ home, via PolicyMic, show that this group is suffering the worst from dwindling incomes and long-term unemployment.

1. Annual household income is at shockingly low levels for families headed by someone under the age of 25. Forty percent of these households get by on only $10,000 a year.

2. Compared with older households, under-25 poverty rates are extremely high.

3. Young unemployment is over double the national average. It peaked in spring 2010 at 19.5%, but still remains higher than it was at the onset of the recession.

4. Despite an increase in the national minimum wage in 2009, and several states across the country raising their minimum wages, median hourly wages for people under 25 are lower than they were 10 years ago. Some economists argue that the minimum wage increase actually contributed to these lowered hourly wages and higher unemployment.

Not Here! Protesters Force Re-Routing of Buses Carrying Illegal Aliens

SAN DIEGO (AP) — Homeland Security buses carrying migrant children and families were rerouted Tuesday to a facility in San Diego after American flag-waving protesters blocked the group from reaching a suburban processing center. - CNS

The standoff in Murrieta came after Mayor Alan Long urged residents to complain to elected officials about the plan to transfer the Central American migrants to California to ease overcrowding of facilities along the Texas-Mexico border.

Many protesters held U.S. flags, while others held signs reading "stop illegal immigration," and "illegals out!"

"We can't start taking care of others if we can't take care of our own," protester Nancy Greyson, 60, of Murrieta, told the Desert Sun newspaper.... After the buses were blocked, federal authorities rerouted the vehicles to a freeway and then to a customs and border facility in San Diego within view of the Mexico border.

The three buses were trailed by a half-dozen news crews during the two-hour trip. People near the San Diego facility were surprised by the caravan....

More than 52,000 unaccompanied children have been detained after crossing the Texas-Mexico border since October in what President Barack Obama has called a humanitarian crisis. Many of the migrants are under the impression that they will receive leniency from U.S. authorities.

Another flight was expected to take 140 migrants to a facility in El Centro, California, on Wednesday, said Lombardo Amaya, president of the El Centro chapter of the Border Patrol union. The Border Patrol would not confirm that arrival date.

U.S. Congressman Blocked From Entering Child Immigrant Facility

An Oklahoma Congressman who visited an Army base being used to house illegal immigrant children now wonders what the federal government is hiding after he was denied access to the facility. - Daily Caller

“There is no excuse for denying a Federal Representative from Oklahoma access to a federal facility in Oklahoma where unaccompanied children are being held,” Rep. Jim Bridenstine said in a statement following his visit Tuesday to Ft. Sill Army base near Lawton.

The Department of Health and Human Services has set up housing at Ft. Sill and two other military bases – Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio and Ventura County Naval Base in Oxnard, Cali. – to house thousands of unaccompanied alien children, or UACs, who were apprehended at the southern U.S. border.

Bridenstine went to Ft. Sill to observe the conditions under which the 1,200 UACs there are living and to find out to whom they would be released.

But when he showed up at the facility, Bridenstine says he was told by a guard with a security unit which calls itself the “Brown Shirts” that he could not observe the children or their living conditions.

When the congressman spoke to a manager and HHS official, he was told he would have to schedule a formal visit for July 21.

“Any Member of Congress should have the legal authority to visit a federal youth detention facility without waiting three weeks,” Bridenstine said in his statement.

Enforcing the Secrecy of Obama’s Refugee Camps - Trevor Loudon

It’s not just politicians being shut out either. Border Patrol agents have been told to shut up and not talk to the press or they would be fired and arrested. Now, medical staff have also been warned to keep mum under threat of arrest. Suddenly, it’s really, really beginning to feel a lot like Nazi Germany and for the first time, I truly feel a shudder of fear crawling up my spine. Obama and his cohorts are not even being subtle any more. These are children, for God’s sake! Children who are being warehoused in FEMA-type refugee camps with no rights, no visitors and absolutely no transparency. Forget about compassion and humanity – they serve the collective.

Obama proclaimed to America that the children had to go home to their individual countries. But his actions belie his true intent. These children were provided bus tickets in many instances. They were actively recruited to come here. Now they live in deplorable conditions… filth and stench beyond American comprehension and a plethora of disease is spreading. This, my friends, is manufactured chaos. A chaos that Obama could use to put UN troops on our borders.

Why do you think medical staff are being threatened and bullied? Because the conditions are so outrageous that Americans would be horrified if they truly knew how bad it was, that’s why. The threats are coming from a government contracted security agency who actually refer to themselves as “Brown Shirts.” I kid you not. “It was a very submissive atmosphere,” the counselor said. “Once you stepped onto the grounds, you abided by their laws – the Brown Shirt laws.” This is part of Obama’s private mercenary army. Several personnel have broken their confidentiality agreements to come forward anyway. Good on em....

So now, telling the truth can get you imprisoned – in the United States. This is no longer a free country and we are letting Progressive thugs and monsters run things. This must stop.

...Obama is flaunting this in our faces. Why do you think these jackbooted thugs proudly call themselves “Brown Shirts?” They want the shock, awe and fear of it to reverberate among Americans — that’s right — domestic shock and awe. They want submission. This is the mentality and actions of a dictator beginning to spread his poison throughout what was once the land of the free and the home of the brave. Enforcing the secrecy of Obama’s refugee camps is only the beginning of the end of America. The Constitution be damned.

SHOCK POLL: Obama worst president in 70 years.

Hands down Obama is the worst president since WWII: poll - Stephen Dinan/Washington Times
Poll after poll shows President Obama’s approval rating dipping recently, and one new Quinnipiac University Poll finds that voters say Mitt Romney would have been a better choice in 2012.

Quinnipiac found 45 percent of voters say the country would have been better off if Mr. Romney, the 2012 GOP nominee, had been elected, while just 38 percent say Mr. Obama remains a better choice. Even Democrats aren’t so sure — just 74 percent of them told the pollsters Mr. Obama was clearly the better pick in the last election.

Voters also rate him the worst president since World War II, topping even his predecessor, President George W. Bush, who had left office with terrible ratings.

[...]

The poll found that 59% of those closely following the immigration crisis agree that “current administration policies and lack of focus on securing the border” are behind the human tide of illegal crossings. Six in 10 say that the children should be ordered to leave the country. (The survey found that 73% of Americans are following this story closely.)
The responsibility for the border crisis is one Obama can’t duck or deny – it is a crisis of his own making. His refusal to enforce the laws of the land and his permissive policies and rhetoric all but invited this to happen. Now that it has, he’s “frustrated” with Congress – his personal candidate for being tossed under the blame bus, and is asking for 2 billion in emergency funds to address the crisis he created. As you can see, most Americans aren’t buying the White House spin.

Apparently the Obama Justice Department was reaching out to the Obama IRS to see if it could “piece together” prosecutions of nonprofits even before any evidence of wrongdoing emerged.

Curious: Lois Lerner discussed new IRS ‘scrutiny’ guidelines same month her emails disappeared - Noah Rothman/HotAir

...Among the email communications between Flax and Lerner which the IRS did submit to congressional investigators was this exchange from May 8, 2013 – just days before Lerner admitted to undue targeting of conservative groups at an American Bar Association conference:
I got a call today from Richard Pilger Director Elections Crimes Branch at DOJ. I know him from contacts from my days there. He wanted to know who at IRS the DOJ folk s could talk to about [Rhode Island Democrat] Sen. Whitehouse idea at the hearing that DOJ could piece together false statement cases about applicants who “lied” on their 1024s –saying they weren’t planning on doing political activity, and then turning around and making large visible political expenditures. DOJ is feeling like it needs to respond, but want to talk to the right folks at IRS to see whether there are impediments from our side and what, if any damage this might do to IRS programs.

I told him that sounded like we might need several folks from IRS. I am out of town all next week, so wanted to reach out and see who you think would be right for such a meeting and also hand this off to Nan as contact person if things need to happen while I am gone

If Hobby Lobby will create complications for Obamacare, Halbig vs. Sebelius could trigger a full cardiac arrest.

Get ready for an even bigger threat to Obamacare - Jonathan Turley/LA Yimes

Now that the Supreme Court has issued its ruling in the Hobby Lobby case, the legal fight over the Affordable Care Act will shift a few blocks away to another Washington courtroom, where a far more fundamental challenge to Obamacare is about to be decided by the powerful U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Indeed, if Hobby Lobby will create complications for Obamacare, Halbig vs. Burwell could trigger a full cardiac arrest....

If the ruling goes against the White House, it's hard to overstate the impact. Without subsidies, consumers in 34 states would face huge additional costs and, because of those costs, potential exemptions from the law. And voters — a substantial percentage of whom have never liked Obamacare — would be further alienated from the Democratic Party just in time for midterm elections.

Moreover, a ruling against the administration would mean that Obama has been responsible for ordering what could amount to billions of dollars to be paid from the federal Treasury without authority. And it would mean the administration has committed yet another violation of the separation of powers....

The administration's loss in the Hobby Lobby case is a bitter pill to swallow, but it is not a lethal threat to Obamacare. For critics of the law, Halbig is everything that Hobby Lobby is not. Where Hobby Lobby exempts only closely held corporations from a portion of the ACA rules, Halbig could allow an mass exodus from the program. And like all insurance programs, it only works if large numbers are insured so that the risks are widely spread. Halbig could leave Obamacare on life support — and lead to another showdown in the Supreme Court.

Surprise: Unaccompanied children crossing border may have right to stay - Le-gal In-sur-rec-tion

Little known law could allow many of the unaccompanied children to remain in the U.S. legally if they are “abandoned”

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.

If you haven’t heard of it before now, you probably will as tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors flood across the border, having been “abandoned” by their parents in Central America.

A Legal Insurrection reader tipped us off to what could be a coming legal onslaught to give these children a right to stay in the U.S. permanently:
“Special Immigrant Juvenile Status is something that we attorneys on the border have been getting CLE training in for a while, but largely it has not been well known outside of CPS attorney work.

With the invasion now taking place, it is going to explode. No parents means that any immigrant child under 18 can apply for a Green Card as soon as they are deemed “abandoned” by their parents for 6 months by the court system. There are some other minor rules, but that is the big one….

The bill renewal was the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008. It modified and exempted application of certain rules which would normally result in inadmissibility…. Also, it set up an “expedited” review schedule that USCIS is REQUIRED to adjudicate SIJ petitions within 180 days of filing, and that interviews may be WAIVED for SIJ petitioners under 14 years of age or when it is determined that an interview is unnecessary.

Further, per the Violence Against Women Act of 2005, a SIJ petitioner may not be required to contact an individual who allegedly abused, abandoned or neglected the Juvenile.

What nobody is talking about (or maybe nobody has realized yet) is that this is going to flood the child welfare courts FIRST, before they get to the USCIS (certain findings of fact which can only be made by the state are prerequisites to SIJS applications) with a sudden influx of “abandoned” children, and put a strain on the CPS system like nothing that has ever been seen.”
SIJS regulations are part of 8 CFR 204.11

Medical staff warned: Keep your mouths shut about illegal immigrants or face arrest

My sources say Americans should be very concerned about the secrecy of the government camps. - Todd Starnes/FOX

A government-contracted security force threatened to arrest doctors and nurses if they divulged any information about the contagion threat at a refugee camp housing illegal alien children at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, sources say.

In spite of the threat, several former camp workers broke their confidentiality agreements and shared exclusive details with me about the dangerous conditions at the camp. They said taxpayers deserve to know about the contagious diseases and the risks the children pose to Americans. I have agreed to not to disclose their identities because they fear retaliation and prosecution.

“There were several of us who wanted to talk about the camps, but the agents made it clear we would be arrested,” a psychiatric counselor told me. “We were under orders not to say anything.”

The sources said workers were guarded by a security force from the Baptist Family & Children’s Services, which the Department of Health and Human Services hired to run the Lackland Camp.

The sources say security forces called themselves the “Brown Shirts.”

“It was a very submissive atmosphere,” the counselor said. “Once you stepped onto the grounds, you abided by their laws – the Brown Shirt laws.”

She said the workers were stripped of their cellphones and other communication devices. Anyone caught with a phone was immediately fired.

“Everyone was paranoid,” she said. “The children had more rights than the workers.”

She said children in the camp had measles, scabies, chicken pox and strep throat as well as mental and emotional issues.

Three Biggest Lies Liberals Spread about the Hobby Lobby Ruling

As predicted, Monday’s Supreme Court ruling 5-4 in favor of Hobby Lobby, Conestoga Wood Co., and other family-owned businesses who filed against the contraceptive requirements provided in the HHS Mandate raised howls of outrage from the left. American women were being thrust back into the Dark Ages of 2009, yada yada yada. Many lefties took to Twitter to spew hate. - Newsbusters

Lie #1: Men are taking away women’s rights ... again! ...As Gabriel Malor of The Federalist wrote, “In the Bizarro World of the newspapers, not paying for someone else’s contraception is the same thing as prohibiting them from purchasing and using them themselves.”

Liberals seemed to miss the sticking point of this case: female employees of privately-owned businesses are not being forced to give up birth control; rather, the ruling gives business owners the right to not provide certain types of contraceptives in their insurance plan that they deem morally objectionable. Furthermore, businesses like Hobby Lobby already give their employees access to 16 different types of contraception in their employees health care plan. Which brings us to the next lie being spread by liberals on Twitter and elsewhere.

Lie #2: Conservatives are prudes who want to take away access to all contraception, which is a healthcare issue for many women.

Another argument making it’s rounds was that conservatives and religious organizations are trying to stop women from having sex, but that’s not the only reason women use contraception. While it is true that women use birth control for a variety of hormonal conditions, in this case Hobby Lobby already covered several different types of hormonal contraception, they were only objecting to 4 types of abortifacient pills, required under the HHS mandate. Hobby Lobby refused to pay for "morning after" abortion pills, not standard birth control.

Extreme feminist Amanda Marcotte who has compared getting an abortion to getting a cavity, retweeted classy lefty Twitter troll, “Religion is now only about unapproved fucking.”

Holy Crap: Corruption in the Mississippi Senate race looks much worse than we thought UPDATE: COCHRAN DENIES VOTE-BUYING SCHEME

According to the work of Charles C. Johnson and Joel S. Gilbert, what we thought was just a racist campaign to get people out to vote in the Cochran vs McDaniel Mississippi Senate race was the tip of the iceberg. It now appears to be a vote buying scandal right out of the office of Thad Cochran himself: - The Right Scoop

BREAKING: New Allegations Point to Cochran Campaign in Mississippi Senate Vote Buying Scandal - RedState

Cochran Campaign Manager, Staffer Busted in Illegal Vote Buying Operation - GotNews.com
A black reverend stiffed by the Cochran campaign has exposed an alleged criminal conspiracy by Cochran staffers to commit massive voter fraud ahead of Tuesday's controversial U.S. Senate Republican runoff election in Mississippi.

Reverend Stevie Fielder, associate pastor at historic First Union Missionary Baptist Church and former official at Meridian's redevelopment agency, says he delivered "hundreds or even thousands," of blacks to the polls after being offered money and being assured by a Cochran campaign operative that Chris McDaniel was a racist. "They [the Cochran campaign] told me to offer blacks fifteen dollars each and to vote for Thad."

It is illegal under several provisions of Mississippi law and federal law for campaign officials to bribe voters with cash and punishable up to five years in jail. (MS Code 97-13-1; MS Code 97-13-3 (2013) (Federal Code 18 U.S.C. 597, U.S.C. 1973i(c)) Voter fraud schemes are not unusual for Mississippi. In 1999 Mississippi's attorney general reported massive voter fraud allegations throughout the Magnolia state. In 2011, a Mississippi NAACP leader was sent to prison for voter fraud, according to the Daily Caller....

Text messages released to Got News and a recorded interview with Reverend Fielder confirmed that Saleem Baird, a staffer with the Cochran campaign and current legislative aide to U.S. Senator Roger Wicker, and Cochran campaign manager, Kirk Sims, were involved in a $15-per-vote cash bribery scheme to target members of the black community.

"They said they needed black votes," said the Reverend Fielder on the phone. He says Baird told him to "give the fifteen dollars in each envelope to people as they go in and vote. You know, not right outside of the polling place but he would actually recruit people with the $15 dollars and they would go in and vote." Fielder said he received thousands of dollars in envelopes from Baird and distributed them accordingly. Fielder also says he went to the campaign office on another occasion to pick up $300 in cash and was among a room full of people who were doing the same thing he was.

Fielder said that Saleem Baird was doing the same thing with people all over the state. Fielder believes that the racism charge against McDaniel and the promise of $15 a vote motivated 'thousands' of black Democrats like him to vote for Cochran in the runoff. When asked if Fielder would have been more suspicious of Baird's promises had he been white, Fielder replied, "Yes, definitely."
DEMOCRAT PASTOR ACCUSES THAD COCHRAN CAMPAIGN OF VOTE-FOR-PAY SCHEME - Matthew Boyle/Breitbart
Fielder, who was paid by freelance journalist Charles C. Johnson for the story, provided a new outlet launched by Johnson—GotNews.com—with four text messages from a person purporting to be Cochran campaign staffer Saleem Baird.

The messages cite an official Cochran campaign email address—Saleem@ThadForMs.com—and include detailed discussions of the campaign providing envelopes of money to distribute to people who vote.
“Send me individual names and amounts along with home address to saleem@thadforms.com and I’ll have money separated in envelopes at the office waiting for you,” one message, sent three days before the runoff, says.

Fielder said he helped distribute the Cochran cash for votes on a promise of eventually getting paid $16,000—and because a key Cochran campaign staffer convinced him that Cochran’s conservative challenger state Sen. Chris McDaniel was racist.

“They sold me on the fact that he was a racist and that the right thing to do was to keep him out of office,” Fielder said.

But Cochran's campaign never paid, Fielder said.
Cochran campaign denies vote-buying reports - Clarion Ledger

The U.S. Sen. Thad Cochran campaign is denying reports from a conservative blogger that it was trying to buy votes in Lauderdale County.

Blogger Charles C. Johnson of GotNews.com is reporting that Stevie Fielder says the Cochran campaign told him to offer black voters in the Meridian area $15 each to vote for Cochran in the June 24 GOP primary runoff against Chris McDaniel.

Cochran campaign spokesman Jordan Russell called the accusations of illegal vote buying "baseless and false."

"It comes from a blogger who in the last 24 hours has accused a Mississippi public official of being responsible for an individual's death and had to retract other outlandish accusations regarding another Mississippi elected official," Russell said. "The author of this article admits he paid his source for the story."

Sonasoft denies providing IRS with e-mail backup services

Five years ago, Sonasoft promoted its data-retention services by claiming that the IRS trusted the company to back up its servers, and the agency contracted with Sonasoft for something until 2011. Last week, however, Sonasoft backed away from its 2009 claims, and now says that the contract never included services that would have archived e-mail servers - HotAir
...“To further clarify, no Division within IRS ever used Sonasoft’s email archiving software. Only a Division within the IRS used any Sonasoft product and that was our email replication software, not our archiving or backup software,” said Andy Khanna.
Phil Kerpen noted that this was a rather large oopsie for Sonasoft, considering its 2009 bragging:
Heckuva then-and-now; @Sonasoft says the IRS was NEVER a backup client. Just a marketing lie, then??? pic.twitter.com/YKPv7FVnZD
— Phil Kerpen (@kerpen) June 29, 2014
...There have been a number of curious reversals of late in the investigation of IRS targeting of the Obama administration’s political opponents, especially with the production of official records such as e-mail. This one should be fairly easy to resolve, at least in terms of the probe. The federal contract with Sonasoft and the payments made should be part of the public record, and the House Oversight Committee (or Ways and Means, which is performing a parallel probe) should be able to quickly determine whether Sonasoft is telling the truth about the contract scope and services rendered. Sonasoft’s credibility in its marketing will not be as easily remedied....

No one will get to the truth without subpoenas, testimony under oath, and the threat of perjury and obstruction charges. That won’t happen with this DoJ running interference for the IRS and the White House.

CARLY FIORINA GOES HEAD-TO-HEAD WITH DEMS' 'WAR ON WOMEN' ATTACK WITH NEW PAC

In the 2012 election cycle, Democrats rallied around a Republican “war on women” narrative that often went without effective pushback from the GOP and arguably – combined with a far more sophisticated ground game – handed them control of the Senate, if not the White House. - Tony Lee/Breitbart

But on Monday, former Hewlett Packard CEO and 2010 California GOP Senate nominee Carly Fiorina will launch a new super PAC to focus on both issues, Breitbart News has learned.

The UP Project, which stands for "Unlocking Potential," will seek to help Republicans win back the Senate by directly confronting Democrats and their "war on women" narrative.

But unlike other super PACs, the UP Project will not do battle on TV. Instead, the PAC will solely focus on the ground game, organizing and mobilizing grassroots networks, especially of women, that can help Republicans win the messaging battle woman-to-woman and neighbor-to-neighbor.

"We need to name and shame Democrats who play the 'war on women' game," Fiorina told Breitbart News. "Too often, Republicans have allowed the label to stick because of a misguided theory that by ignoring a charge it just goes away...We need to organize strong conservative activists, especially women, and energize them to take action on behalf of our conservative principles. Women make up half this country. The UP Project is no longer going to allow Democrats to pretend we are single-issue voters."

The UP Project will hit the ground running Monday in six key swing states -- Colorado, Michigan, Iowa, North Carolina, Virginia, and New Hampshire -- that will help determine which party controls the Senate. The super PAC, which expects to have raised over $1 million by July 15th, will also recruit and develop field staff, build lists, and launch its rapid response operation this week.

In Search of What You Resent - Victor Davis Hanson/PJM

...The subtext of the Obama administration’s Middle East policies — evident in the president’s inaugural interview with al Arabiya, the so-called Cairo speech, the pressures on Israel, the constant trashing of George W. Bush, the reinvention of Islamic terror as workplace violence and man-caused disasters, the outreach to Iran, the outsourcing of responsibility to allies and enemies — is that America has questionable moral stature to help adjudicate anything in the region. To the degree we would exercise our prior influence, it would either be for self-interested purposes or be counterproductive due to our own unsophistication or ill-intentions. So we abdicated, and the predictable followed: one, the world as we know is unraveling, particularly in the Middle East; and, two, most suddenly want more, not less, U.S. engagement.

What explains these paradoxes? No doubt there are the usual suspects. First, the U.S. is privately recognized as a prosperous, free and dynamic society in the way most others nations are not.

Second, such assumptions cannot be publicly expressed for a variety of reasons, ranging from the power of envy, jealousy, and a sense of inferiority to an interest in hoping to guilt the stronger power into some sort of concession, both material and psychological.

Third, there is the assumed assurance for a Maliki, or Central American government, or Middle East autocrat that there are never consequences to anti-Americanism. Or better yet, as in the case of Obama himself, the elite world of the politician, journalist, academic, professional, or rich grandee accepts that anti-Americanism is fashionable, hip even, and that such cheap disdain otherwise should not prevent one from enjoying what America has to offer.

How weird the result: the anti-American Maliki pining for American arms from the escapist American president who lords his American power over others even as he ankles bites the very foundations of such power. Anti-American Latin American governments export their precious youth to the hated U.S., where its oppressive government will take care of them in a way the benevolent socialism at home did not, and the new arrivals will in time become hyphenated Americans with supposedly justified grievances against a largely racist and prejudicial society....

The #HobbyLobby Hysteria

Years ago, while reporting on federally funded research — the infamous “porn arousal” studies at Northwestern University — I developed what I like to think of as the Existential Theory of Liberalism: To a liberal, nothing exists unless it is mandated, subsidized and/or regulated by the federal government. - The Other McCain

If you think it is a waste of taxpayer money to give a creepy psychology professor a federal grant to measure women’s sexual arousal to pornography, you will be condemned as “anti-sex.” If you want to reduce deficit spending by limiting tax money for the National Endowment of the Arts, you’re “anti-art.” Don’t agree with proposed EPA environmental regulations? You’re “anti-science.”

The reaction to today’s Supreme Court decision in the Hobby Lobby case — where a business objected, as a matter of religious liberty, to ObamaCare’s mandated insurance coverage for contraceptives — is a case in point: Liberals want us to believe that, unless businesses are compelled by federal law to provide contraception to their employees, contraception will cease to exist.

Two years ago, Chief Justice John Roberts cast the pivotal vote that saved the health care law in the midst of Obama's campaign for re-election.

Justice Samuel Alito wrote the majority opinion. The court's four liberal justices dissented.

“The Government has failed to show that the contraceptive mandate is the least restrict means of furthering that interest," according to the majority opinion.

Both companies said they were amenable to providing most of the mandated forms of contraception. But they oppose emergency contraceptives like the morning-after pill, arguing that life begins at conception and that destroying an already fertilized egg in the uterus is tantamount to abortion.

The Oklahoma City-based Hobby Lobby, founded by the Green family in 1972, also opposes two intrauterine devices (IUDs) that may prevent implantation of a fertilized egg.

I need to spend more time with the opinion, but for now, I'll say that it may be harder for the government to figure out which for-profit corporations warrant the accommodation, but that's the consequence of Congress's own statute RFRA, so it's a problem of the government's own making, not a compelling interest itself to be served by denying religious accommodations. RFRA itself is a monument to the government's lack of interest in avoiding the trouble of figuring out things like this

5-4: EMPLOYEES CAN'T BE REQUIRED TO CONTRIBUTE TO UNIONS

The Supreme Court dealt a blow to public sector unions Monday, ruling that thousands of home health care workers in Illinois cannot be required to pay fees that help cover the union's costs of collective bargaining - AP
In a 5-4 split along ideological lines, the justices said the practice violates the First Amendment rights of nonmembers who disagree with the positions that unions take.

The ruling is a setback for labor unions that have bolstered their ranks - and bank accounts - in Illinois and other states by signing up hundreds of thousands of in-home care workers. It could lead to an exodus of members who will have little incentive to pay dues if nonmembers don't have to share the burden of union costs.

For every winner Export-Import Bank creates, there's also a loser

Subsidizing exports benefits the subsidized exporters. That doesn’t mean it’s a good idea. - Timothy P. Carney/Washington Examiner @TPCarney

This summer and fall, we'll see a serious debate over an 80-year-old federal agency called the Export-Import Bank. Ex-Im subsidizes U.S. exports by extending taxpayer-backed loans and loan guarantees to foreign buyers of American-made goods.

A vast majority of Ex-Im’s financing subsidizes the 10 largest exporters in the country. Yet nearly all Democrats (who supposedly hate the privileges of Big Business) and many Republicans (who supposedly believe in free enterprise) defend the agency.

Ex-Im’s defenders in Congress and on K Street reliably charge their opponents with dwelling in an imaginary world — of dealing with ideas instead of reality....

Welcome to Dave Brat's America: Majority Leader-elect Kevin McCarthy says Kill the Export-Import Bank - Timothy P. Carney/Washington Examiner @TPCarney

House Majority Leader-elect Kevin McCarthy says Congress should let the Export-Import Bank expire, the biggest blow yet to the imperiled subsidy agency whose charter expires this fall.

On "Fox News Sunday," host Chris Wallace asked McCarthy if he agrees with "conservatives who say that the Export-Import Bank is a form of crony capitalism and it should be put out of business -- allowed to expire."

McCarthy responded by tying Ex-Im to "one of the biggest problems with government," using taxpayers' "hard-earned money," to do things the private sector can do. McCarthy supported Ex-Im's reauthorization in 2012, but he argued on Fox News Sunday that this was a vote to "wind down the Ex-Im Bank."

10 times Obama made fun of Republicans in the past year

He has long lamented what he views as GOP obstructionism, but now he’s not even trying to hide his disdain, belittling them with a newfound fervor. - Brian Hughes/Washington Examiner @BrianHughesDC
