President Trump: Weekly Address

Propaganda

Friday, June 2, 2017

As one radical famously put it in the 1960s, “The issue is never the issue. The issue is the revolution!” And the meaning of “revolution” is simple: “We get more power. You get less.”

Exiting the Mad Hatter’s climate tea party

President Trump stands alone on the world stage as the only true global leader willing to call a spade a spade. The Paris Climate Accord was less about saving the planet as it was about transferring wealth and ceding government control from the U.S. to other nations of the world. But beyond that, the Paris Accord was based upon faulty science...

Watch: Former WH Chief Of Staff John Sununu Destroys CNN Over Their Russian Collusion Coverage

It's being reported now that the NSA has declared the recording of the conversation that took place between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch in Phoenix, Arizona on June 27, 2016.

...The National Security Agency (NSA) blocked the release of a purported tape of Bill Clinton and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s private airplane talk with a rare legal justification used to protect top national security secrets.

The NSA’s block of the release of this information — citing one of President Obama’s executive orders — undercuts Hillary Clinton’s claim that her husband and Lynch had a “purely social” conversation about grandkids and golf on June 27, 2016, two weeks before Lynch dropped the Department of Justice investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email scandal.

Citizen researcher Larry Kawa is pressing the government to release the contents of a taping system that is required to have been installed on Lynch’s government airplane. Kawa points to the Tempest system, a NATO-certified system by which the NSA tracks and records sound that emanates within government structures....

On Law Enforcement, California Has Already Seceded

In mid-April, the leader of CalExit, a movement to have California secede from the United States and become an independent nation, announced that he was dropping the effort and moving to Russia.

But by their words and actions, California's political leaders have made it clear that on matters of law enforcement the state has already seceded.

In recent weeks, the governor, attorney general, legislative leaders, and even mayors and city councils have stumbled over each other to announce that the state will not participate in any national effort to secure the nation's borders or crack down on drug-dealing street gangs and violent criminals.

Some undeniable legacies of the Obama administration have been the explosion of violent crime in many U.S. urban centers, a widespread increase in drug trafficking, and an accompanying record-setting number of fatal drug overdoses....

Clinton rips DNC: "I inherited nothing. I mean, it was bankrupt. It was on the verge of insolvency. Its data was mediocre to poor, nonexistent, wrong,"

Hillary Clinton blasted the Democratic National Committee on Wednesday, saying that she "inherited nothing" from the party after winning its presidential nomination last year.

"So I’m now the nominee of the Democratic Party. I inherit nothing from the Democratic Party," she said during a question and answer session at Code Conference in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.

"I mean, it was bankrupt. It was on the verge of insolvency. Its data was mediocre to poor, nonexistent, wrong," she recalled. "I had to inject money into it."

By contrast, she said, then-GOP candidate Donald Trump inherited a well-funded and extensively tested data operation that laid the foundation for his ultimately successful campaign to effectively weaponize data and internet content against Clinton.

"So Trump becomes the nominee and he is basically handed this tried and true, effective foundation," Clinton said.

Good heavens! Trump withdrew from an international agreement with no enforcement mechanism that the Senate never ratified!

Trump can reverse his predecessor’s mistake. Withdrawing from the Accord through a Senate vote would make clear that Obama should never have signed in the first place. It would establish the precedent for seeking Senate approval of any such commitments in the future. And if, on behalf of our constitutional republic and common sense, we insult other partygoers? Perhaps we can send a card.

The blanks will be filled in as the majority party rams through all the deals it makes behind closed doors.

Just last week, we witnessed the annual practice of passing 40 “shell” budget bills that are virtually devoid of written content. The blanks will be filled in as the majority party rams through all the deals it makes behind closed doors.

Before the ink on the governor’s signature has dried on the largest gas tax increase in California history, Sacramento Democrats are fully intending to break their promise to dedicate the new revenue to fixing our crumbling roads. In the upcoming budget, there is a proposal to divert 30 percent of this gas tax increase to items and programs completely unrelated to repairing our roads and highways, such as park maintenance and job training for felons.

Regrettably, these bait-and-switch tactics are now so commonplace in Sacramento that few notice. For many years, billions in transportation dollars have been diverted from road building and maintenance to the general fund, which has created the crisis we are currently facing. Why would anyone think things will be different now with the new $52 billion car and gas tax hikes?

"This is the left today." Kathy Griffin represents the Left's visceral hatred of Trump UPDATE: She's fired.

Griffin apologized on Tuesday for posting the video following a furious backlash and a hint at an investigation by the U.S. Secret Service.
The controversial entertainer tweeted: 'I am sorry. I went too far. I was wrong.'

In the video Griffin is seen slowly raising Trump's head during a photo shoot with infamous photographer Tyler Shields.

She also posted a video promising to remove the offending image after she was lambasted by all sides of the political spectrum, including Chelsea Clinton.

In a statement, the first lady slammed Griffin’s stunt:
As a mother, a wife, and a human being, that photo is very disturbing. When you consider some of the atrocities happening in the world today, a photo opportunity like this is simply wrong and makes you wonder about the mental health of the person who did it.
The president also weighed in on Griffin’s graphic photo shoot early Wednesday morning on Twitter and wrote, “Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick!”

Surprise: Portland Killings Blamed on Trump Rhetoric Actually Perpetrated by Bernie Supporter

...A deranged person murdered two men and critically injured another in Portland, Oregon on Friday night after they intervened to stop his ugly harassment two young Muslim women on a train. The heinous killings were immediately condemned, and the Good Samaritans' courage rightly hailed as an example of American greatness. Elements of the Left then quickly got to work linking the bloodshed to Donald Trump and political rhetoric they oppose, a classic and insidious End of Discussion tactic designed to toxify and stifle speech. The city's mayor made this intention explicit, invoking the deadly incident while urging the federal government to shut down a pro-Trump free speech event scheduled for next week...

...Despite many on the Left rushing to implicitly and explicitly attribute the stabbings to Trump and the "atmosphere" he's created, it turned out that the arrested suspect supported Bernie Sanders for president, having praised the even farther-left Jill Stein in social media posts that point to his environmentalism. He stated publicly that he could not bring himself to vote for Trump, and has also gone on wild rants against Christians and Jews. In short, he's one of "theirs," if we're playing by these demagogic score-keeping rules....

They hate you. Just ask them. | Liberals Are Shocked To Find We’re Starting To Hate Them Right Back

...We don’t like the new rules – I’d sure prefer a society where no one was getting attacked, having walked through the ruins of a country that took that path – but we normals didn’t choose the new rules. The left did. It gave us Ferguson, Middlebury College, Berkeley, and “Punch a Nazi” – which, conveniently for the left, translates as “punch normals.” And many of us have had personal experiences with this New Hate – jobs lost, hassles, and worse. Some scumbags at an anti-Trump rally attacked my friend and horribly injured his dog. His freaking dog.

So when we start to adopt their rules, they’re shocked? Have they ever met human beings before? It’s not a surprise. It’s inevitable....

In a matter of mere days, Jared Kushner has become the media’s biggest target—that is, right after his father-in-law.

The White House official who virtually never talks to journalists on the record—which leaves them annoyed—is suddenly the most-talked-about presidential aide.

But as the press whips itself into a frenzy over Kushner and the Russia probe, it’s worth examining how much we really know.

The media are turning up the volume to 11 over the Washington Post and NBC stories reporting that Kushner is a “focus” or “under scrutiny” by the FBI. But what exactly does that mean?...

The Trump-Russia Story Starts Making Sense

The Kremlin seems to have bet big on the willingness of U.S. intelligence agencies to leak.

Sen. Ted Cruz, along with a few other Republican senators, are going right for the jugular.

They’re launching an investigation into former President Obama’s influence in overseas politics — which was done on the taxpayer’s dime and through George Soros’ USAID organization.

These senators want Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to immediately investigate efforts by Obama administration to sway foreign elections by sending taxpayer funds to “extreme and sometimes violent political activists.”

...The senators are asking Tillerson to launch a full-scale investigation into these funding efforts in order to determine how exactly the Obama administration sought to promote left-leaning causes and political parties across the globe.

The latest disclosures of this activity mirror efforts by the Obama administration to send taxpayer funds to Israeli organizations that opposed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the country’s last election.

Political leaders from a range of nations spent months informing the lawmakers about these activities....

The first lady’s trip to Saudi Arabia, the Vatican, Belgium and Sicily — wearing mostly Dolce & Gabbana — was a fashion tour de force that has forced many naysayers in the rag trade to rethink....

“There is a softening, a melting,” stylist Phillip Bloch told me. “Fashion people are fickle and fake. They are starting to see she is a beautiful woman who is married to the president, and it is an honor to dress her.”...

“She doesn’t need couture. She can buy off the rack, and it looks beautiful,” Bloch said. “She knows her size, and she knows what works on her. She luxuriates in minimal.”

Trump's first foreign trip was a huge success:

...Trump’s clarity on the global stage was a reminder of why he was elected. Much as he did in the campaign on his best days, he cut through the BS to get to the heart of contentious issues and offer forceful solutions.

Under enormous scrutiny, he acted in the best traditions of American leadership on two continents by helping create a Muslim NATO to combat radical Islamists and by pushing the original NATO to face terrorism and financial facts.

Throughout the weeklong trip, which also included a substantive, friendly meeting with the pope and tense negotiations over trade and climate change, Trump showed the message discipline too often missing in the White House. And he did it without sacrificing his core convictions...

Here are 400 billion more reasons Trump should not sign on to the UN's #globalwarming hysteria
