A good day to remind everyone that AG Eric Holder ran guns to Mexico, lied to Congress about it, was found in contempt & never prosecuted.
Can we end this Russia idiocy & get back to AG Holder's apparent perjury abt corrupt gun-running operation that put 2 Americans in bodybags?

National Journal Senior Political Columnist Ron Fournier declared that the Obama administration has been “the least transparent administration, probably in this nation’s history, certainly in modern time” and that “the administration is clearly lying, it’s clearly hiding documents that belong to us” regarding the Fast and Furious program...

One of the guns that Mexican officials say was found at the hideout of drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Loera has been found to be associated with Fast and Furious, a failed "gun-walking" operation, according to the Justice Department.
The department said in a letter to members of Congress that a .50-caliber rifle that Mexican officials sent for tracing after Guzman's arrest in January has been connected to Fast and Furious....

The latest mystery over Hillary's missing e-mails
The latest mystery over Hillary’s missing e-mails http://t.co/Z1GOcGjqCZ pic.twitter.com/kt83vIXwIx
— New York Post (@nypost) June 28, 2015Now this was predictable: The State Department on Thursday said Hillary Clinton failed to turn over 15 work-related e-mails from her private server, despite claiming she’d handed over everything.
Which raises the troubling question: How many more did she also, uh, “miss”?

— FOX & Friends (@foxandfriends) June 29, 2015The United States supported the secret supply of weapons to Libyan rebels while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State according to federal court documents obtained by Fox News.
In a sworn declaration to the District Court of Arizona May 5th 2015, a career CIA officer David Manners said, "It was then, and remains now, my opinion that the United States did participate, directly or indirectly, in the supply of weapons to the Libyan Transitional National Council." The timing matters because in the Spring of 2011 the Libyan opposition was not formally recognized, and the direct supply of arms was not authorized. At that time, the CIA Director was David Petraeus....
In her only congressional testimony to date on Benghazi in January 2013, Mrs. Clinton was asked by Republican Senator Rand Paul about the flow of weapons.
"I will see what information is available," then Secretary Clinton responded. "I don't have any information on that."
Two weeks after her testimony, a letter from the State Department was sent to Senator Paul skirting his question and stated that the US government “is not involved in any transfer of weapons from Libya to Turkey.” ◼ (SENATOR PAUL LETTER)

And you thought Sidney Blumenthal was shady. Meet Cody Shearer, the Strangest Character in Hillary’s Vast Left-Wing Conspiracy
If you though Sidney Blumenthal was shady for the Clintons, now read this: http://t.co/Zh8rLpCyCh
— National Review (@NRO) June 1, 2015Few people have heard of Cody Shearer, the unsanctioned diplomat, private eye, and Clinton flunky whose name surfaced in connection with the so-called intelligence reports Sidney Blumenthal was channeling to Hillary Clinton during her time at the State Department. But this shadowy fixture of the Clinton machine was everywhere in the 1990s — including war-torn Bosnia, where he became the subject of a State Department investigation after he represented himself as an agent of the U.S. government and took cash from a genocidal warlord.
Now evidence suggests Shearer, working with his partner Blumenthal, was up to something similar during the 2011 revolution in Libya. And like in the 1990s, the Clintons were lurking on the margins. Much of the intelligence contained in memos fed to the Clinton State Department by Blumenthal was not just self-serving — it was provided by someone with a history of misleading foreign sources, misrepresenting himself as an agent of the U.S. government, and creating trouble for both himself and the United States abroad.

Rand Paul was right: Rifles, RPGs and missiles flowed from Benghazi to ISIS ports

— Washington Examiner (@dcexaminer) May 25, 2015The U.S. watched as rifles, rocket-propelled grenades, and missiles flowed from Benghazi to Syrian ports where they would become part of the Islamic State's arsenal of weapons, a Defense Intelligence Agency memo reveals.
Then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton denied any knowledge of this when Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky asked her about it during a Benghazi hearing in January 2013. Think Progress said Paul's questions were "pushing a conspiracy theory."
...The Oct. 5, 2012, DIA memo, penned before the Benghazi attacks, makes it clear that the U.S. was watching as weapons were transferred from Benghazi to two Syrian ports.
"We played no role" in the moving of weapons from Syria, said former acting CIA director Michael Morell. "Whether we were watching other people do it, I can't talk about."
Morell's statement seems to confirm a Daily Telegraph report that the U.S. facilitated, through other countries, arms transfers to rebels that would become the Islamic State.

Clinton likely did not know when she requested a copy of the movie — in a 6 a.m. email to Philippe Reines and Huma Abedin, two of her top aides — that her Libyan legacy was about to go south.

But she wasn’t thinking about “The Innocence of Muslims,” the short YouTube film that the Obama administration erroneously blamed for the Benghazi attack. Instead, Clinton sought a copy of “The Oath of Tobruk,” a documentary about the Libyan civil war directed by French philosopher Bernard-Henri Lévy and brought to America by her friend, movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.

Attkisson Reports Latest on Fast & Furious; ABC, NBC Omit Scandal in Holder Coverage
Attorney General Eric Holder had sought a delay until the day before the midterm elections....Judicial Watch sued...[DOJ] in September of 2012 over its refusal to turn over...[the] documents."
CBS Evening News mentioned Fast and Furious in their coverage of the Holder announcement that evening, but NBC Nightly News failed to mention the scandal (ABC's World News didn't cover the resignation at all). The following morning, ABC and NBC's morning newscast continued omitting the gunrunning controversy in their coverage of the attorney general. However, correspondent Major Garrett noted the scandal in his report on CBS...
On Thursday, the MRC's Rich Noyes documented the media's consistent disinterest in covering the scandal since Border Patrol agent Brian Terry's murder in December 2010. During 2011, Attkisson, then at CBS, stood out for her pursuit of the story, while ABC and NBC largely ignored it – just as they did on Thursday evening and Friday morning.

Court Orders DOJ to Release List of Fast and Furious Docs
The conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch sued the Justice Department in September 2012 for documents related to Operation Fast and Furious, where federal agents allowed thousands of guns to cross the border and fall into the hands of violent drug cartels.
The Justice Department has claimed executive privilege over the documents.
“The Obama administration failed to game the courts and now will have to account for its Fast and Furious lies,” Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said in a statement. “Two federal courts have now rejected Eric Holder’s election-related ploy to keep this information from the American people. This is a battle that put Eric Holder in contempt of Congress, saw Nixonian assertions of executive privilege by Barack Obama, and a hapless Congress in the face of all this lawlessness.”
Holder announced on Thursday that he is resigning as Attorney General.

Yee, who was arrested back in March on gun smuggling charges, finished astoundingly well, with nearly 300,000 people checking his name on the ballot Tuesday – despite not campaigning at all since his arrest, allegedly plotting to deal weapons with a radical Islamic group in the Philippines, and maintaining a close connection with a powerful Chinese gangster who was also arrested in the sting
When Yee pulled out of the race shortly after being charged and arrested for his connection in a federal sting, he was polling only at eight percent. After all the results had been counted Wednesday morning, Lee had earned 11 percent of the vote and finished second among Democratic candidates....
The disgraced state senator’s strong Tuesday numbers fly in the face of a May poll that showed 84% of California voters were concerned with corruption in their state legislature.
