MASSIVE: John McCain ordered Obama IRS to "Financially Ruin" the Tea Party





Judicial Watch today released newly obtained internal IRS documents, including material revealing that Sen. John McCain’s former staff director and chief counsel on the Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee, Henry Kerner, urged top IRS officials, including then-director of exempt organizations Lois Lerner, to "audit so many that it becomes financially ruinous." Kerner was appointed by President Trump as Special Counsel for the United States Office of Special Counsel.
The explosive exchange was contained in notes taken by IRS employees at an April 30, 2013, meeting between Kerner, Lerner, and other high-ranking IRS officials. Just ten days following the meeting, former IRS director of exempt organizations Lois Lerner admitted that the IRS had a policy of improperly and deliberately delaying applications for tax-exempt status from conservative non-profit groups.

Lerner and other IRS officials met with select top staffers from the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee in a "marathon" meeting to discuss concerns raised by both Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI) and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) that the IRS was not reining in political advocacy groups in response to the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision. Senator McCain had been the chief sponsor of the McCain-Feingold Act and called the Citizens United decision, which overturned portions of the Act, one of the "worst decisions I have ever seen."

In the full notes of an April 30 meeting, McCain’s high-ranking staffer Kerner recommends harassing non-profit groups until they are unable to continue operating. Kerner tells Lerner, Steve Miller, then chief of staff to IRS commissioner, Nikole Flax, and other IRS officials, "Maybe the solution is to audit so many that it is financially ruinous." In response, Lerner responded that "it is her job to oversee it all:"

Media Ignores Fed Lawsuit by Dems Accusing DNC, Wasserman Schultz of Fraud - Judicial Watch



The mainstream media is conspicuously ignoring a newsworthy class-action lawsuit accusing the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Florida congresswoman—Debbie Wasserman Schultz—who chaired it of fraud for skewing the party’s primaries to benefit Hillary Clinton. The drama is playing out in a south Florida federal court where 150 Democratic voters and donors are also accusing their party and Wasserman Schultz of breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, unjust enrichment, and negligent misrepresentation for secretly helping Clinton get the presidential nomination over Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.

“Despite the requirements in the Charter, and in spite of the multiple public declarations of neutrality and impartiality with respect to the Democratic primary process, the DNC was not neutral,” a 35-page complaint states. “To the contrary, the DNC was biased in favor of one candidate – Hillary Clinton (“Clinton”) – from the beginning and throughout the process. The DNC devoted its considerable resources to supporting Clinton above any of the other Democratic candidates. Through its public claims to being neutral and impartial, the DNC actively concealed its bias from its own donors as well as donors to the campaigns of Clinton’s rivals, including Bernie Sanders (“Sanders”).

The scandal broke when leaked DNC electronic mail showed that the committee favored and backed Clinton instead of Sanders during the primary. Wasserman Schultz resigned in disgrace as DNC chair, was publicly blasted by Sanders supporters and didn’t gavel in the party convention last summer in Philadelphia....

Big news: Obama NSC Advisor Susan Rice’s Unmasking Material is at Obama Library







Judicial Watch today announced that the National Security Council (NSC) on May 23, 2017, informed it by letter that the materials regarding the unmasking by Obama National Security Advisor Susan Rice of “the identities of any U.S. citizens associated with the Trump presidential campaign or transition team” have been removed to the Obama Library.

The NSC will not fulfill an April 4 Judicial Watch request for records regarding information relating to people “who were identified pursuant to intelligence collection activities.”

The agency also informed Judicial Watch that it would not turn over communications with any Intelligence Community member or agency concerning the alleged Russian involvement in the 2016 presidential election; the hacking of DNC computers; or the suspected communications between Russia and Trump campaign/transition officials. Specifically, the NSC told Judicial Watch:
Documents from the Obama administration have been transferred to the Barack Obama Presidential Library. You may send your request to the Obama Library. However, you should be aware that under the Presidential Records Act, Presidential records remain closed to the public for five years after an administration has left office.

Eric Holder Is Getting Paid a Boat Load of Money By California Taxpayers to Oppose President Trump



"We will render our statements to you monthly. For the initial three-month phase of our engagement, we have agreed to charge the Legislature a fixed fee of $25,000 per month," the agreement between Covington & Burling Law Firm, where Holder now works, and the California Legislature states. "This fee will include a maximum of 40 attorney or advisor hours per month."

Holder was hired by Democrat lawmakers in the state late last year to provide "legal strategies regarding potential actions of the federal government that may be of concern to the State of California." The agreement specifically mentions immigration and healthcare as areas of focus.

“The new records show California state legislators are wasting tax dollars to bankroll another corrupt politician – Eric Holder – under the pretense of attacking the Trump administration,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton released in a statement. “This expensive contract is crony corruption pure and simple. The swamp of public corruption has taken over California.”

Clinton’s Comments on 60 Minutes About Private Email Server Now Used Against Her in Court



Judicial Watch says new information was gleaned from an interview with CBS’ Scott Pelley including the fact that Clinton admitted that someone recommended she set up the server. The group wants to know who that someone was. They also contend her statement provides further reasoning for why she must be deposed under oath. Clinton’s lawyers say that issue is irrelevant to the lawsuit.

Hillary Clinton has a new SCANDAL on her hands



Although it's been buried under a great number of newsworthy stories, Hillary Clinton has a new scandal on her hands that reinforces every Clinton stereotype you've heard.

In 2011, when she was serving as secretary of state, Clinton and her top staff chose a major donor with no qualifications for an important national security panel. Not only that, but they also hurried through a top-secret clearance for him.

According to emails released under a Freedom of Information request by the group Citizens United, State Department staff were pressured to fast-track the high security clearance for Rajiv Fernando, a 29-year-old securities trader who had given $5 million for the Clinton Foundation and has raised money for Clinton's current campaign....

Although it is not the most egregious case of Clinton corruption, this one bears all of its characteristic features: the sale of political access, a lack of care with national secrets and secretive behavior in an effort to cover up.

The sale of this position and security clearance to a benefactor of the Clinton family not only demonstrates that Clinton is for sale, but also once again impugns her trustworthiness when it comes to the handling of classified information. This is why even many of the voters who will ultimately pull the lever for her still view her as a dishonest person.
