Legislature on Recess

As you already know, the California State Legislature is on it's final recess before the new year. The good news is that our legislators are not in the Capitol making terrible laws. The bad news is that come January, the will beginning introducing terrible laws for the next session. So enjoy your break from bad bills... for now.

Caring For America Gift Card Project for Fire Victims

Hi ladies, Ann Schmitz and myself met with Karen Molden (President of Novato RWF and members ) to distribute $2,000 dollars in gift cards to families (renters) who have lost everything. We volunteered at St.Vicent De Paul for several hours. These cards will be given to the Sonoma-Santa Rosa area. We have donated an additional $1,000 to Little League in Santa Rosa with gift cards. 110 Little League families lost their homes. Devastating for these young boys to loose all their equipment.

This is such an humbling experience! Thank you ladies of the Northern, Central, and Southern Divisions along with Kansas, Las Vegas, Washington, D.C., Washington, Georgia, Texas, and Iowa. To date we have given $8,500 dollars to Northern California fire victims.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. We are caring for America- Republican women working together to reach out to those who need assistance most.

God Bless you all!
