National Federation of Republican Women to Bring Campaign Management School to Richmond

Local Republicans to Train with National Expert for Upcoming Elections

RICHMOND, Va. – Local Republican candidates and campaign workers will train with a nationally-recognized expert as part of the National Federation of Republican Women's (NFRW) long-standing and acclaimed ◼ Campaign Management School.

The seminar will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Embassy Suites Richmond, 2925 Emerywood Parkway. Campaign fundamentals to be covered include creating a campaign budget and a finance plan, earned and paid media, social media and the Internet, strategy and message development, opposition and issue research, voter targeting and voter identification, get-out-the-vote activities, recruiting and managing volunteers, direct mail, organizing events, asking for money, and putting together a finance committee.

Holly Robichaud, a nationally-recognized campaign consultant, fundraiser, political analyst and columnist from Massachusetts, will conduct the training.

Registration is $100 per person and includes lunch and materials. Online registration is available through Feb. 22.
