U.S. Monetary Policy in 2012 (Rep. Ron Paul)

U.S. Rep. Ron Paul has been a critic of American monetary policy. He argues that the days of the "dollar reserve" are over and the United States should quickly move to sound money and dramatically smaller federal budgets. Rep. Paul spoke at the Cato Institute's 29th Annual Monetary Conference held November 16, 2011. (Time: 20:15)
