HUMBOLDT COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY

SEPTEMBER 2008 - Your local Party is gearing up for another busy campaign season. I couldn’t be more excited! We have a great Republican Team! However, we have much to do to not only elect Senator John McCain and Governor Sarah Palin to the White House, but we have much work to do elect our local candidates such as Jim Pell to the Assembly, Polly Endert and Frank Jager to Eureka City Council, and Supervisor Johanna Rodoni to the Board of Supervisors.

Last Thursday, the Party hosted a Convention Watching party to watch Senator McCain give his acceptance speech; we had a great turnout. There are more events on the horizon, including debate watching parties as the debates between the presidential and vice presidential candidates
happen. Please watch your mailbox and inbox for more information.

We will begin our calling this week and walking precincts next week. We will also need
volunteers to help staff our headquarters. WE NEED YOUR HELP in these endeavors—your country and your county depend on you!

Please call me at 707-227-6562 to volunteer and for any other information. Thank you for your support of your local Party activities and our Republican candidates; it is greatly appreciated.
