We Give You Health Care, You Give Us Votes

The Spin:

The Reality:

HEARTBREAKING: Woman whose daughter has rare neurological disease LOST health insurance, hospital and doctor…VIDEO, WATCH - The Right Scoop

This should absolutely never happen. A woman whose 17-year-old daughter with a rare neurological disease has undergone at least 86 surgeries since she was born and now she finds out she’s lost her insurance. She was paying over $1,800 a month and now that’s going up to $3,000 per month with an even higher deductible. But even more than that, she won’t be able to go to the same hospital nor use her same doctor that she’s had all this time.

And all this because Democrats want to give people health to get more votes so they can stay in power. That’s all this is about. Votes.

When the Pelosi-Reid-Obama troika triumphantly celebrated cramming through the ACA (Affordable Care Act) over majority sentiment, they crowed that this was the president's signature achievement and ACA soon took on the name of its creator, ObamaCare. - Clarice Feldman/American Thinker

Though not one of them, nor any of the Democrats in the Senate who voted it into law uni-partisanly had read it, they all assured us that we'd grow to really, really like it. Boy, were they wrong....

Ha! Big Labor tries to hijack #WhyIsMyPaycheckLessThisWeek, gets hashtag wrong - Twitchy

The hashtag trended for much of Friday, making it irresistible to Big Labor Obama apologists eager to put their left-wing spin on smaller paychecks and Obama’s broken promises. But oopsie! They tried to hijack the wrong hashtag.

Working America, an AFL-CIO allied organization, published a post titled “The Answer to #WhyMyPaycheckIsLessThisWeek (Warning: Contains Facts).” Yep, the “is” is in the wrong place in that hashtag. But that didn’t stop the geniuses at SEIU and AFL-CIO from rushing to promote the post.

Awwww. Twitter is so hard. Better luck next time, guys.
