OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE VOTES THAT LERNER WAIVED HER FIFTH: Today, the Oversight Committee voted 22-17 on a resolution stating that Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment right.

◼ Lerner was subpoenaed by Committee Chair Darrell Issa, and made clear before she arrived that she planned to take the Fifth and not testify. Issa insisted she appear anyway.
