After 80 yrs of Democrat control, WV is 50th in Business Start-ups, 49th in per-capita GDP, 48th in per-capita income, 49th in Business Friendliness, and 50th in education Final Performance Rank. This can only be described as a failure. The people of WV deserve better, but the Dems, with help from their good 'ol boy network, can only offer excuses. The time for excuses is over.
